When you purchase a digital product through a storefront that uses Digilaine, we process certain information as a service provider to the creator and as an independent controller for limited platform operations (for example fraud prevention, security logging, and compliance). The creator remains responsible for what they promise on the product page and for any marketing or community emails they send outside our standard receipt and delivery flows.
Card and bank payment details are collected and stored by our payment processor (for example Stripe), not byDigilaine. We may receive limited payment metadata (such as brand, last four digits, expiration month, and charge status) to display receipts and fight fraud.
We use buyer information to process payments, deliver digital goods, send transactional emails (receipts, access links, security notices), provide customer support, meet legal and accounting obligations, and protect the security and integrity of the Services. We do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly understood in U.S. state privacy laws.
We share information with the creator whose product you purchased (for example to fulfill support or refunds they handle), with payment processors, with cloud and email vendors that host our infrastructure, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Those recipients are contractually or legally obligated to use data only for appropriate purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, to object to certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To submit a request, email support@us.digilaine.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line and your order reference and purchase email so we can verify you. You can also use our contact form.
We retain order and delivery records for as long as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and meet tax, regulatory, and card-network requirements. When retention periods end, we delete or de-identify information where feasible.
Creators who maintain accounts with us should also read our general Privacy policy.
