Refund and cancellation rules for each digital product are set by the creator and should be clearly shown on the product or checkout page before you pay. Local consumer laws may give you additional rights that cannot be waived—for example, rights related to defective digital content or certain withdrawal periods in the EEA/UK when you have not yet consented to immediate delivery.
Summary.Digital products are typically delivered instantly. Unless the creator's published policy, payment-network rules, or mandatory law says otherwise, purchases are treated as final once access or download is successfully provided.Digilainedoes not operate a general "satisfaction" refund program for creator products; we will only reverse or adjust a charge where there is a clear operational or billing mistake, duplicate charge, proven failure to deliver after successful payment, or an unauthorized transaction, or where we are required to do so.
Many digital products can be downloaded or accessed immediately after payment. That immediacy can affect refund eligibility under the creator's policy and under local law. Keep your receipt and access emails; they are the fastest way to prove purchase if something goes wrong.
Disclaimer. Creators—not Digilaine—choose product content, pricing, and promises on the sales page. Digilaineprovides checkout, payment routing, and delivery tooling. If you disagree with quality, scope, or fitness for purpose, your first step is the creator's support channel and refund policy; we may help verify technical facts (for example whether a payment succeeded and whether our systems issued delivery links) but we are not a party to subjective product disputes.
If you were charged twice for the same order, did not receive access after successful payment, or believe a charge was unauthorized, contact support@us.digilaine.com promptly with your order reference and the email address used at checkout. For unauthorized charges, also contact your bank or card issuer—network rules may impose short dispute windows.
When our records and the payment processor's records show a duplicate capture, a mis-posted amount, or that no entitlement was created despite a successful charge, we will work with the creator and/or processor to correct the ledger. We do not treat dislike of a product, a change of mind after download, or ordinary commercial disagreements with the creator as grounds for Digilaineto bypass the creator's policy—except where a mandatory rule requires a different outcome.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your access may be suspended while the payment network investigates. Outcomes may include reversal of the charge, reinstatement of access, or account restrictions if abuse is suspected.
Nothing here limits remedies that applicable consumer protection law, payment-network rules, or a binding decision by a competent authority say you retain. If those rules entitle you to a refund or replacement, they apply alongside this page.
Digilaineprovides software and payment routing. We can help verify whether a payment succeeded and whether delivery links were generated, but the creator's published refund policy and applicable law determine whether you are entitled to a refund in most product disputes. We do not guarantee refunds for digital goods except in the limited mistake and non-delivery cases described above (or where law requires). Creator subscription fees and platform fees are covered separately in our creator refund policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do.
