Read the documents that govern your account and your customers' purchases. Keep your own product pages aligned with what you promise—ambiguous refund or delivery language is a common source of disputes.
How quickly can I launch my first product?
Most creators can generate, edit, and publish a first product workflow in one session, then refine from real customer feedback. Allow extra time for legal review of your sales copy if you operate in regulated industries.
How do I get paid?
Payouts route to your connected Stripe account. Review your plan fee in Billing settings and card-network fees in your Stripe dashboard. You are responsible for taxes and reporting on your income where applicable.
How do customers access files after purchase?
Customers receive access after successful checkout (or your free-claim flow) and can re-download from secure access links. Keep delivery emails out of spam folders by using a recognizable sender and honest subject lines.
Can I edit pages after publishing?
Yes. Save updates to your draft and publish when ready. Published content updates can go live immediately—double-check pricing and refund language before you promote widely.
Where are the legal policies?
Creator-facing policies (Terms, Privacy, Refunds, Cookies) live on our marketing site. Buyer-facing storefront policies are linked separately so customers know how purchases are handled.
How fast do you respond to support?
We aim to reply to most requests within a few business days. Complex billing, fraud, or delivery investigations can take longer. For urgent payment disputes, also contact your bank or card issuer as appropriate.
Safety and abuse
If you see infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content on the platform, email support@us.digilaine.com with URLs, screenshots, and a short factual summary. We may remove content or suspend accounts where policies or law require.
