Core systems—the creator app, checkout, and digital delivery—are available for normal use. Third-party services (for example Stripe or hosting providers) have their own status dashboards; outages there can affect parts of our product even when Digilaine systems are healthy.

We may perform scheduled maintenance that briefly affects availability. When we plan maintenance that could interrupt checkout or sign-in, we will use reasonable efforts to announce it in advance via email, in-product banner, or this page where practicable.
For security incidents that affect personal data, we will follow our breach-assessment procedures and notify regulators or affected individuals where the law requires.
